March 10, 2009, Juneau, Alaska - Governor Sarah Palin today offered her condolences to the family and friends of a Fort Richardson soldier who died in Afghanistan. Private First Class Patrick A. Devoe II, 27, from Auburn, New York, was killed Sunday by a roadside bomb in Kandau Kalay.
